You can refresh data in Excel manually or automatically.


To refresh data manually, select the Data ribbon and click Refresh All:



To refresh data automatically, go through the following steps:

  1. Select the Data ribbon and click Properties


  2. Select Refresh every ... minutes or Refresh data when opening the file and click OK
