Globase is an email marketing tool used by many companies in Europe. If you use Globase to send out emails, you can track the effectiveness of these emails automatically by Netminers InSight. You only need to configure Globase to add Netminers tracking parameters to all emails.
How to configure Globase for Netminers tracking:
- Log in to Globase
- Select the Administration tab and then the Users tab
- Select the relevant user(s) and click on Username
- In the pop-up dialogue that appears, select the Default settings tab
- Tick the checkbox Always add parameter(s) to all links
- In the available field, type in the following string: _np_c=em,[campaignname],[linkid]
- Click Save
