If you create many schedules and many subscribers, the email report manager may come in handy. This tool allows you not only to get an overview of all your email reports, but also to edit or remove them easily. To open the Email Report Manager, click on the Email button in the top toolbar and select Manage:
The following dialogue will now open. Notice that you can see your own email reports / subscribers as well as those created by others.
You can manage your schedules in two ways: you can either search for a specific report or for a specific subscriber.
Editing or removing a specific email report:
- Expand the node Email reports in the tree view.
- Select the specific email report you want to edit or remove. This will provide an overview of subscribers of the report:
- In the window to the right, you can now remove subscribers by selecting them and clicking Remove.
Note: If you want to remove an entire email report, you must remove all of its subscribers. This can be done by removing them one by one using the Remove button. However, if you have a very large list of subscribers, it might be easier to click on the Edit button. This will open the scheduling dialogue window described under the section "How to schedule an email report". Here you can select and delete several subscribers in a single action.
Editing or removing a specific subscriber
- Expand the node Subscribers in the tree view.
- Select the subscriber you want to edit or remove. This will provide an overview of which email reports the subscriber gets:
- In the window to the right, you can now remove a report from a subscriber by first selecting it and then clicking on Remove. If you want to remove a subscriber entirely, you must remove all the reports he or she is subscribing to.
Note: You can also edit the name and the email address of a subscriber by clicking on Edit.
