Netminers InSight does not allow you to specify OR and AND operators in your filter definition.
By default "OR" is used when you select more segments from the same variable. For example, if you select Content A and Content B from the variable Page category, then you will include/exclude all traffic registered on either Content A or Content B. It is not possible to see, for example, how many visitors have visited both Content A and Content B.
By default AND is used when you select more segments across different variables. For example, if you select Content A from the variable Page category and Denmark from the variable Geography hierarchy, then you will include/exclude all traffic registered on Content A and which com from Denmark.
